Saints vs. Tigers
Shanghai Saints are playing the Tigers on the afternoon of November 15th. The first test was an easy contest with the Saints victorious renaming the Tigers to the Cubs. The second test was a different affair with the Saints been out muscled in the opening quarter, allowing defeat.
This is the match that decides it all, who will have bragging rights for 2008, who will be crowned the champions of Shanghai?

And so it has come and it has gone, Shanghai may not have won any silver ware, but Penang will always remember us. Hundreds of sportsmen and women descending on this quiet sleepy town.... little did they know!!!! Friday night was quiet, full of tactics and a few quiet beers. God bless Hong Kong and the orange juice! Saving the beer for everyone else.... hearts of gold!!!!
Saturday arrived, the Mens A team psyched up, the Mens B scrambling for players and the Women putting the men to shame!!!! Bruises, dodgy knees, broken fingers and this is just Shanghai. Our friends from Thailand had two broken bones. Some time was spent waiting for Penang's best to do their best, but credit to the ladies they joined us for dinner. Good seafood and a few beers HAPPY DAYS!
The Finale.... The men fell hard with the women out in lead.... Then the real reason everyone travelled to Penang, the party. With the ladies team getting their medals, we thought we had reached our limit. But then came Noellie and Catherine, Noel with his shocked daze and Catherine glowing with pride. All trophies were carefully smuggled back to the hotel, downtown Penang was calling, Soho or Slippery Senoritas for some drunken dancing. Hong Kong almost getting into a fight with a bouncer....respect he was a big lad! Then onto Soho for some Oro se do bheatha abhaile. Stumbling back to the hotel, a beautiful scene greeted us, more drink.
So came the early morning flights, some were cool, some were sleepy and some just skipped the flight. They were enjoying Penang too much! It was a quiet flight to Hong Kong
